Palatine Private Equity is a partner led private equity company with a focus on investing in businesses based in the regions of the UK. We invest in companies with an enterprise value of up to £50m. The Partners have over 40 years experience in private equity over which time we have generated excellent returns for our investors.
All investment decisions are taken by the three partners who lead every transaction. We have a highly entrepreneurial and creative approach to working with management teams and structuring transactions. We have an excellent reputation for making quick decisions and delivering on the promises we make.
We founded the business in 2005 as Zeus Private Equity and raised our maiden £100m fund in 2007. In addition to well known institutional investors, our investor base also includes a number of private investors who are successful entrepreneurs from a broad range of industries. In many cases, their input during the deal process and post investment has proved beneficial to the companies we have backed.
