Mike HassallMike is an experienced industrialist who has worked in several private equity backed businesses over the last 13 years. The Partners backed Mike as CEO of New World Domestic Appliances, which was a highly successful buy-in and appointed him Chairman of Plaxton Coaches, a buy-out that the Partners led in 2004.
Mike was also Chairman of Pennine Retail Systems, a successful £20 million Nat West Ventures backed buy-in, and led the 3i backed acquisition of E2V Technologies from GEC which was successfully floated in 2004.
