Bob is Chairman of Mears Group plc, a leading business in the social housing sector. He has worked in the services sector for many years and has an excellent track record of working with growing businesses in this sector. Bob joined Mears in 1996 and floated the company later that year. Under Bob’s leadership Mears has grown significantly through both  organic growth and a series of acquisitions.
