We invest in businesses based in the regions of the UK with an enterprise value of up to £50m. We primarily look to back management buyouts and clearly defined buy and build strategies but we will also consider growth capital opportunities and restructurings.
We have a generalist investment strategy and as such will consider investing in most industry sectors. We supplement our own extensive investment experience across numerous sectors with the operational experience of our Executive Advisory Board and our private investors.
We have a successful track record of working with management teams to create, implement and execute growth strategies. As an owner managed business ourselves we have greater empathy with management teams running their own businesses and this enables us to be more entrepreneurial in our approach both pre and post investment.
