Lucion Group continues growth with fourth acquisition in 12 months
Lucion Group, the fast-growing environmental services company, has made a fourth acquisition in the last 12 months, with a deal for a specialist surveying company with more than 70 staff.
Lucion Group said Midland Survey Limited (MSL), which has bases in Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Buckinghamshire, Yorkshire and Sussex. would be integrated into its Lucion Services division.
MSL’s specialist surveying services include building surveys, underground utility surveys topographical surveys, 3D modelling and CCTV drainage surveys. These are offered across strategic sectors including infrastructure, commercial, residential and the public sector.
This acquisition complements Lucion Services’ previous acquisition in March of Landform Surveys Ltd, a Gateshead-based topographical surveying company. By combining the services of Landform and MSL, Lucion Services company is now able to offer topographical. building and utility surveying services on a national level.

The acquisition complements that of Gateshead-based Landform Surveys, 8 months ago, giving us coverage across the whole of the UK whilst adding more diverse services including non-invasive CCTV condition surveys.”
